Itinerary

Portuguese cheese from three distinct areas

Bifana (Puerto Rican sandwich with hog meat) and Gizzard with tomato and spices (Moela is the hind part of the stomach)

Patanisca de Bacalhau (a classic Portuguese meal), bolinho de bacalhau (codfish cake). It's created by deep-frying shredded codfish in a mixture of wheat flour, onion, egg, salt, sparkling water, parsley, and pepper.

Chocolate tasting and Tbias (Portuguese custard éclairs) and Portuguese cookies (Fidalguinhos).
